Where can I find the software for my product?

To access the software, please register your product to access the FreqPortal, customer portal. Once registered, you’ll be able to download the necessary software directly from the portal, and gain access to articles, support, and other resources.

I want to buy a used Freqport product. How can I register a pre-owned unit and use it?

To use a pre-owned Freqport product and receive software updates and relevant news, you’ll need to register the unit in your name via the FreqPortal.

Before you can do that, the original owner must first unregister the unit from their account. This ensures a smooth handover and avoids any registration conflicts. Once unregistered, you’re free to register the product as your own and enjoy full access to updates, news, and ownership features. 

I am having issues with product registration.

If you’re experiencing issues during product registration, please double-check the following:
Serial Number: Make sure you’ve entered it exactly as shown — pay special attention to letters vs. numbers (e.g., “O” vs. “0”).
Email Address: Ensure your email is typed correctly, as this is how we’ll contact you and link your registration.
Confirmation Email: If you haven't received confirmation email, you haven't finalised the registration process. 

If the issue persists, reach out to us via our support form and we’ll assist you directly. Tip: Include a photo of your product’s serial number (back of the unit) in the message to speed things up.
