How to Unregister a Freqport Unit
If you’re selling or passing along your Freqport hardware (like the FreqTube FT1 or FreqInOut FO1), follow these quick steps to unregister your unit so the new owner can register it and receive relevant updates:

Navigate to www.freqport.com

Log in to Customer Portal in the top menu.
Log in to FreqPortal
- Once logged in, find the Products tab in the dashboard.
Find Products section

Select the unit you want to unregister (e.g., FreqInOut FO1).
Select the unit by clicking on it

Click the "Unregister Product" icon to unregister it.
Unregister Product Confirm that you wish to unregister the unit.
Confirm by clicking OK
That’s it — your unit is now free to be registered by a new owner.
