How long will my Freqport product be supported?

The products are available from the worlds largest retailers who have backed the product and vision.
Please know Freqport are audio lovers passionate about evolving the company and technology to bring analog into the digital workflow.

Which are the supported USB HUBS for FREQPORT PRODUCTS?

Freqport has validated the following HUBs* work with Freqport products.
  1. SATECHI 4 Port USB C Hub 10Gpbs, MODEL: B0DHBFDFWC
*HUB’s used for Freqport products should only have the computer and Freqport products attached to the ports, no other devices.

My computer only have USB-A ports available. Can I still use Freqport products?

Yes, all Freqport products run 2.0 protocol with a USB-C connector, to ensure backwards compatibility. Simply use a USB-C to USB-A. cable or a high quality USB Hub. We don't recommend the small USB converters.

Should I use balanced or unbalanced cables?

Both types will work just fine, but the unbalanced cables will result in a lower volume. We recommend using balanced cables if possible.

When I render/export my project I only hear digital noise?

All Freqport products are real time only. Meaning you have to export in real time. Some DAW'S need a workaround to export in real-time and also some DAW'S doesn't support bounce in place in real-time. Please refer to your preferred DAW'S manual.

Should the AnalogHub buffer size match the DAW'S buffer size?

No, the AnalogHub buffer size is independent of the DAW'S and is in most cases fine to leave at default (500) also the lower latency mode is only for when you record instruments via the FreqInOut units, and want to bring down the recording latency.
